I am Gabriel Leonel, hailing from the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My journey as a pizzaiolo began in 2017, and over the years, I have immersed myself in the world of pizza, investing countless hours in studying alongside some of the industry's finest pizzaiolos from around the globe, including a certification in Milan, Italy. This journey has allowed me to grasp the intricacies of fermentation and the art of selecting premium ingredients to craft the ultimate pizza experience.
